This inflammation of the oppressed nerve structures is fought and symptom relief occurs already after a few minutes. After the injection, the patients remain ambulatory for 30 minutes under observation in our center and can then go back home. In some cases, a repeat of this <strong> infiltration <\/strong> is reasonable and necessary to reduce persistently after a few days the complaints in their entirety. In many cases, can hereby be avoided, an operation.
